mixed feelings about my stay

The family suite offered ample space for all six of us, making it comfortable during our stay. The lobby staff were friendly and tried to assist when I brought up issues with housekeeping.

Despite requesting daily housekeeping, our trash remained outside the door.

The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the MARTA station, making travel effortless. The contemporary room design is impressive, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, enhancing the spacious feel. Breakfast stood out with delicious waffles, turkey sausage, and friendly kitchen staff. However, the overall layout felt a bit too simple, and while the neighborhood seemed safe, some areas could use more vibrancy.

The room was spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I loved that there was a free breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Perfect spot for grabbing a bite before heading out!

Super comfy stay with awesome staff!

We stayed for 3 nites, and it was great! The room was comfy and super clean. Myles at the front desk was a true gem, helping us out with everything. We loved the breakfast, too, tons of choices! Only thing is parking can be a bit of a hassle since it’s across the street.

The staff at Hyatt Place were exceptional, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and addressing all our needs promptly. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to access local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast featured a satisfying assortment of items, including fresh fruit and baked goods, perfect for starting the day.

Parking was limited, leading to inconvenience during our stay.

elevator was slow at times

I stayed here with friends and loved the location! It was super easy to get to Truist Park for a game and the Georgia Aquarium. The room was spacious, air conditioning worked great, and there was free breakfast. Plus, you’re just a short walk from Perimeter Mall with tons of dining options nearby.

We spent our time here enjoying the comfy room with a sofa bed and had a great breakfast that went beyond the usual hotel fare. The indoor pool and the cozy lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the noise from the patio outside carried a bit too much at night, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

will definitely go back there again

Great location near Truist Park and Georgia Aquarium. Room was spacious with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Free breakfast had good options. Staff was super attentive, offering help like high chairs when needed. Nice gym facilities too for a quick workout. The bed was a bit misleading though. it felt smaller than expected.

The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious choices, especially the waffles. The bartender, Big Lidy, made the experience even better with her great personality.
